April Bee Blocks
This month in our do. Good Stitches bee we are making house blocks. We used the tutorial here as a jumping off point. Our only requirement was height - 12.5", so the blocks vary in width. This was really fun, but I stayed up way later than I should have last night.

the houses are really cute - are they destiined to be part of a larger quilt?
ReplyDeleteYes, everyone in the bee contributes two blocks each month and the quilter that month combines them all into a quilt given to a family or child in need. Pretty cool that it's put together by so many people that don't even know each other!
