Have I mentioned how much I love Pinterest? Not much at all, huh? Well I pinned this bread recipe and it is incredible. The most wonderful crust with the most perfect, soft center. I can't believe it is just flour, salt, water & yeast - no sugar or oil. After I made it for dinner last night, Andrew requested soup bread bowls. I made one of his favorite soups to go in it - Avgolemono - an old favorite recipe from Martha.
You have got to try the bread. Oh, and since it was so easy and perfect, I immediately ordered Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day. I can't wait to try some of the bread recipes with whole grains. Will be stalking the mailman now.
