What I'm loving: This fun BookRiot post on bookish Halloween decor!

What I'm eating:  The kids requested this family favorite and I'm happy to comply.  You can make it in the slow cooker or the instant pot.  Three ingredient chicken tacos for the win! Start with a pack of chicken breasts or thighs (or a combo), add a full jar of trader joe's green salsa and a few tablespoons of taco seasoning.  You can cook it on low all day in the slow cooker or at high pressure for 12 minutes in the IP (20 if your chicken is frozen).  Serve with tortillas or bibb lettuce wrappers and all the fixings your family enjoys.

What I'm lusting after:  Cooler days.  You know, actual fall, and not fall in the South.  The kind where you can make this for dinner!
