Holiday Favorites: The Wild Christmas Reindeer

 Jan Brett is always a good option for picture books and her winter and Christmas books are some of our family's very favorites. In The Wild Christmas Reindeer, Teeka is in charge of taming the wild beasts into a team worthy of pulling Santa's sleigh.  Teeka knows the reindeer will be difficult because they've been running free since last Christmas, so she is determined to be forceful and stern from the start.  Will Teeka finally learn that the secret to handling the reindeer is actually to be gentle and loving?
